f) 1/2 teaspoon salt.
g) 1/2 medium lemon, squeezed (or can make use of 2 tablespoons vinegar).
h) B� 150 g palm sugar, 1/4 cup water and cook until thick. Set aside *.
Salad:
a) 1 medium cucumber, cut into cubes
b) lettuce, approximately torn
c) Tofu, fried half-soft and cubes
d) 1 cup bean sprouts, clean the "tail" and clean
e) 1 medium carrot, roughly shredded
f) 1 cup carefully sliced cabbage
g) Enough fried/ roasted peanut for sprinkling
h) Prawn Crackers or any crackers
Crush and blend ingredients a) up to f). Give lemon juice or vinegar. mix in 4 ~ 8 tablespoons water (sauce thickness according to your taste), I like medium consistency for my sauce, so I added 5 tablespoons. Stir well and set aside.
How to serve:
- Arrange all vegetables and tofu in one big bowl, add the sauce.
- Sprinkle with fried peanuts and then flush with melted palm sugar sauce.
- Stir well.
- Keep in the refrigerator a few moments for soaking process. Serve chilled with crackers.
