Japanese Hot Pot Recipes

Hot pot is a food that comes from Mongolia and Jurchens where the main menu using meat goats, cattle or horses. Then these foods spread to South China region. After a time, variations were developed with different materials such as seafood. Since then the hot pot became popular in most parts of China, especially in big cities. Over time, has now become a hot pot of many different variations in each region.



This food comes from Asia, some say comes from China commonly called Hot Pot. There are also saying Steamboat originated in Japan, and in Indonesia known as Shabu-Shabu. While in Thailand called Suki. Curious how to make it?
