
Ingredient :
- Thinly sliced beef 100g
- Garlic 1-2 cloves minced
- Onions 1 piece
- Soy sauce 4 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 tbsp
- Ginger 3 cm thinly sliced
- Soda / Cola 150 mL
- Water 400 mL
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- Japanese rice or a mixture of sticky rice and rice taste
Step :
1. Boil water and cola over low heat until boiling
2. Put the meat and onions, and cook for approximately 10 minutes
3. Put ginger and garlic, and cook for 1 minute
4. Pour the meat, onions and a little sauce into warm rice
5. Lunch is served
Tips and Tricks:
- Slice the meat thinly as possible because the meat is too thick, the texture becomes hard
- If it is less dark colors can add more soy sauce and sugar to taste
- Can be served with chili powder or chili sauce
- Make sure the fire is used for cooking is quite small
