Ratatouille initially contain only tomatoes, zucchini (a kind of cucumber), red and green peppers, onions and garlic. On development, the eggplant is also included although not a summer vegetable. Ingredient :
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil or add according to taste
 - salt and black pepper powder to taste
 - a purple eggplant fruit
 - one fruit zucchini
 - a single red or green peppers, or both
 - a clove of garlic
 - one onion
 - 3 basil leaves
 - 3 small tomatoes
 
Step :
- Diced eggplant, zucchini and peppers, set aside
 - Roughly chopped garlic and onions
 - Cut the tomatoes in medium size
 - Heat the olive oil in a frying pan with teflon or a flat shape and not too concave downward
 - Enter vegetables in the order of eggplant, zucchini, peppers and onions, cook for about 5 minutes
 - Stir in the tomatoes, garlic and basil
 - Add olive oil sediit if it is less
 - Let all the vegetables cooked for about 20 minutes
 - Shortly before being appointed, add salt and pepper and stir
 - Serve while warm
