Tapsilog Recipe, Philippine Rice Egg and Beef.
Tapsilog is a mix of 3 tagalog words: Tapa which are fried beef strips, sinangag which is fried rice and itlog meanings that egg. Tapsilog is the term utilized when tapa, egg and fried rice (sinangag) are incorporated in one dish which is served mostly throughout breakfast.
Tapsilog is typically served for breakfast and can be discovered even in popular fastfood chains in the Philippines. Tapa originates from the Spanish word tapas, implying light finger food.

Ingredients:
500 grams of beef
2 tablespoons of finely grated garlic

Directions:

2. Mix the salt, black pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, sugar and garlic in a bowl.
3. Get a transparent plastic bag and put the sliced up strips of beef inside the bag together with the combined active ingredients.
4. Mix the beef and the components well and position the mix into the fridge for about 20 hours.
* Step 2: preparing the beef tapa and serving the dish.
1. To make the beef tender put 2 cups of water in a food preparation pan, put the marinaded tapa in the pan and let it boil till the water vaporizes.
2. Bring in about 2 or 2 and a half tablespoon of oil in a non-stick frying pan when there's no more water.
3. Spread out the pieces of over the whole bottom of the pan for even cooking and fry till it's practically done.
4. Bring in some ontion pieces, stir, prepare for another one minute and switch off the heat.
5. Place the tapa on a plate and serve the meal with fried rice and egg.
